Vitruvius Development participated in this year’s United Property Expo in Istanbul, marking an exciting opportunity to connect with an international audience and showcase our expanding portfolio of Golden Visa and residential properties across Athens.

Over the course of two dynamic days, our booth welcomed more than 200 visitors, ranging from investors and real estate professionals to legal experts and prospective partners. The level of interest in the Greek property market, particularly in the context of the Golden Visa program, was a strong indicator of growing regional demand for high-quality, strategically located developments.

The expo provided a platform not just to present our work, but to engage in meaningful conversations about investment trends, cross-border opportunities, and the future of urban development in Greece. Our team had the chance to introduce visitors to some of our flagship projects, including new builds in Athens, the Athenian Riviera, and future selected island destinations, each designed with a focus on quality, sustainability, and long-term value.
